You can pay rent on your mini-storage unit either by check, cash or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express). We also offer our tenants the option of monthly credit card auto-pay for your convenience, and to prevent a late payment fee.

You may also now pay your storage bill online at your convenience by clicking Pay My Bill. We also carry a full line of moving and packing supplies and offer Great American Storage Tenant Insurance for your peace of mind.

We are not a “warehouse” under the definition and laws of the State of Texas. However, we are happy to accept shipments for small businesses provided the shipper will place the shipment in our customer’s unit.

We open the customer’s unit, photo the package labels, and email the photo to the customer confirming its delivery by the delivery service. We do not “inventory” the goods nor do we handle them in any way. Your designee will be responsible for any breakdown, repackaging, or re-shipment.

Your employee can leave the packages to be picked up in the unit and we can open the unit for the carrier to retrieve the packages.
